I was notified quickly when the puppies were born and got regular videos and photos of the puppy I chose up to the day we picked her up. You can tell they really care about their dogs and that they are handled well from their temperament. Our girl is so sweet and cuddly. She ensured all required vaccinations were administered before the sale, providing us with peace of mind regarding their health. The fact that Noodle and Maisy were microchipped added an extra layer of security that we deeply appreciated. Furthermore, they were partially housebroken upon arrival, making the transition into our home much smoother. Finally, we were required to sign a spay/neuter contract before purchase. This may be a turn-off to some, but I believe it to be a sign of a responsible breeder.
