Adoption Process
Fill out and submit a waitlist application.
Once your waitlist application has been submitted, we will review it, and we will contact you to discuss exactly what you want in your family companion or working dog. We will ask you a lot of questions about your home and family, and how you expect your puppy to fit in. From there we will either approve or deny your request to join our waitlist. We will send you a text or an email to let you know of our decision!

Once we’ve agreed on the ideal personality, lifestyle, and physical characteristics of the Corgi you are searching for, we then evaluate our currently available puppies for a potential match. If there are no ideal matches, you will then be added to the appropriate puppy waiting list.
To be placed on our waitlist, there will be a NONREFUNDABLE $100.00 waitlist deposit fee. The waitlist deposit will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy.

Waitlist
After your waitlist fee has been officially paid, it reserves your spot in line, on our waitlist. If we do not have a puppy that is exactly what you’re looking for at the time of your application, then you will be placed on our waiting list until an expected litter is born. This guarantees that we are offering you the right color, and gender you are wanting. It may take a little longer for specific colors or other special requests, in which case we will advise you.
When a litter of puppies are born, they are first offered to families on the waiting list, before they go on our Available Puppies page. If it is "your turn" in line to pick a puppy, and none of the puppies available are what you are looking for and/or you would rather wait, you have the option to "pass". The decision is completely up to you. If anybody ahead of you in line chooses to pass on a puppy, the option/choice to reserve the puppy is then continued down our list in order.
If and when you get a puppy depends entirely on if the dog actually gets pregnant, and even if she does, it depends on how many puppies she will produce. If you signed up for the upcoming litter, we will keep you updated throughout the entire process. This includes when the female goes into heat, once a pregnancy is confirmed, updates while she's in labor and you'll be the first to know when all puppies have arrived! All of this information will also be posted and/or announced on our social media sites.

Reserve your puppy
When our litters are born, and it is your turn in line to pick or pass on a puppy, we will send pictures and videos as soon as we can. After we have decided that all puppies are healthy & thriving, we require that reservations and deposits are made as soon as possible. A non-refundable $500.00 reservation fee is required once you have officially picked your puppy. If in the rare and unfortunate event that the puppy you picked were to pass away after you placed a deposit on him or her, we would refund the deposit to you, or credit that deposit towards first pick on the next litter. The decision would be up to you.
Reserving an Available puppy- Our Available Puppies are our puppies that our waitlist did not pick. That doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with them, it may have just not been the right time, or we had exactly what our families were looking for! If you're new to WCC and are looking at our Available Puppies page first, we will still need for you to fill out our application and go through our screening process. Once your application is approved, A non-refundable $500.00 reservation fee is required to hold the puppy you have picked.
5.
Read over Puppy purchase Contract
We will send you your Puppy Purchase Contract to review, this will be signed at pick up. We will not allow a puppy to go home without this contract being completed. This contract covers our Genetic health guarantee, & our Spay/ Neuter agreement.

Watch your puppy grow!
After you have made your reservation on the puppy of your choice, we will send you weekly updated pictures & information regarding your puppy's progress & health.

Plan for pick up!
Your puppy will be ready to go home after 8-10 weeks of being with us. We will give you dates & additional information on when & where we can meet you & you can take your puppy home! You are expected to pay for any additional transport costs or travel fees that may be required to pickup your puppy.
Puppy pickup usually occurs Friday-Sunday 8-10 weeks after the puppy is born. For out of state buyers, we have options for when the time comes if you are nervous about making the trip!
- You are welcome to come to our home to pick up your puppy!
- We are able to meet you at the Indianapolis International airport if you prefer to fly in and fly with your puppy back home. The cost for this can depend on what the flight fees are from wherever you are located, to the Indianapolis international airport. It is also usually a $100-$150 additional fee on top of your plane ticket to have your puppy fly one way back home with you.
-We have a very trusted Transportation company that you can book depending on their availability. Price of transport varies based on location. They are based out of Kentucky, so they are frequently passing through our area for pick up! I have used them myself to have puppies transported from all over the USA. They are very fast, affordable and trustworthy!
- We also have a very trusted flight nanny that you can book depending on her availability. You would be expected to pay for their round-trip plane ticket, the $100-$150 additional fee on top of the plane ticket to have your puppy fly one way to you, & an additional flight nanny fee that ranges from $300-$600 depending on travel distance.
8.
Full Payment due!
At this point in our adoption process, you will have paid a nonrefundable waitlist fee & a nonrefundable reservation deposit that both go towards the total cost for your puppy. The remaining payment is due one week before your puppy goes home with you!
We DO NOT allow our puppies to go home with you until they are paid for IN FULL.

Take your baby home!
This may be the most rewarding, yet stressful step in our adoption process. Do not worry, we offer lifetime breeder support and will be there to support you throughout your entire journey! We look forward to continue and answer any of your questions & concerns and look forward to pupdates! :)

Our puppies are all over the united states so no distance is an obstacle. Here's how we can get your corgi puppy to you! You are expected to pay for any additional transport costs or travel fees that may be required to pickup your puppy.

Local Pick up
We offer airport delivery to Indianpolis International Airport . Your puppy can fly in-cabin with you, safely tucked in a soft-sided carrier under the seat in front of you. If you choose this option, we’re happy to guide you through the entire process.

If you're unable to fly in to pick up your puppy yourself, we work with a very experienced and reliable flight nanny who can personally accompany your puppy and deliver them safely to your preferred airport.

If you are unable to pick up your puppy in person from our home. We have a few very trusted Transportation company options that you can book depending on their availability. Price of transport varies based on location. I have used them myself to have puppies transported from all over the USA. They are very fast, affordable and trustworthy!
We allow all of our costumers to pick up their puppy directly from us at our home! This way you are able to see where your puppy has been raised and meet the parents in person. (unless we used an outside stud or guardian home dog. ) We love to meet all our puppy families in person, but we understand that's not always possible!
